Accident Scene

So I was driving to the mall and right in front of me an accident happened. The accident happened so fast that I couldn't tell who had the right of way or not. All I remember seeing was a black SUV hitting a red Chevy. Both cars were driven by women; the black SUV by an American woman and the red Chevy by and Indian woman. The black SUV hit the other car so badly, that the red Chevy started spinning around. She almost came close to hitting me, had it not been that I had done some moves I see in action movies and stopped.
Now the strangest thing happened, as soon as the Red Chevy regained control of her car, she drove away as if nothing had happened. And this was an accident that had the entire bonnet of the black SUV coming off, and there was even some fuel leakage on the road. The red Chevy had a really huge dent, and the front of her vehicle was badly mangled. But like I said she just drove away coolly. Now I thought this was very strange but I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that she was just turning around. My destination was less than a minute away, and I quickly made my way back to see if the red Chevy lady came back. Upon getting there I saw 3 police cars, and a policeman talking to the lady driving the black SUV, but there was no sign of the red Chevy. I saw the lady pointing to the direction which the red Chevy drove off to. I kept wondering why anyone would dare do that. I talked to my husband about it and we came up with  3 scenarios
1. Red Chevy driver didn't have a license
2. Red Chevy driver didn't have insurance
3. Red Chevy driver is an illegal immigrant.
Whatever the situation was I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. I hope she made it home without anyone noticing her badly mangled car. If she fell into any of these categories, then she was definitely better driving off
