So I made a quick dash to the grocery store to get some stuff and this is what I find as soon as I entered!
I have been seeing a lot of pumpkins around so I naturally guessed that Halloween was approaching but I didn't know grocery stores too would be decorated like this. It scared the hell out of me because the skeleton was the first thing I saw.
I still don't know if its allowed to take pics of items at stores so I hade to use 'skills' to take the pictures. My apologies for the poor quality.
So my blog readers who have been in the western world for long, is this how they prepare for Halloween? Will most people walking on the street put on scary costumes on that day?
Please help me out, I am curious cos this would be my first Halloween. And yes, I think some countries in Africa too do this whole Halloween thing
Scary, arrrgh!!

Yes, October is the month to celebrate the dead. I don't participate. Not part of my culture and Religious belief. It is all commercialized as Christmas is. So many candies on display also. Thanksgiving is in November. It is the most celebrated festival in US. Wait and see the display, shopping and size of turkeys on display.
